Description
Description
Tamiya 15514 is the official Basic Tune-Up Parts Set specifically designed for the front-motor FM-A Chassis. It is curated as a starter pack to improve your Mini 4WD car’s stability, cornering speed, and jump landings on technical racing tracks. [1, 2]
What’s Included in the Box
According to the official specifications from Tamiya, this upgrade kit packs several performance-oriented components: [1]
-
- FRP Wide Front Plate (x1): Provides wider attachment points to house 9mm, 11mm, 13mm, or 19mm rollers.
- FRP Multi Roller Setting Stay (x1): Extends the rear configuration for rigid roller placement.
- Mass Dampers (x2): Heavy weights that absorb vibration and prevent the car from bouncing off the track when landing a jump.
- Low-Friction Rollers: Plastic rollers designed to minimize friction against track walls when cornering.
- Stabilizer Balls: Brightly colored cap accents that prevent over-tilting or course-outs.
- Hardware: Screws, nuts, washers, and a basic mini-wrench needed for complete assembly. [1, 2, 3]
Key Benefits
- Perfect First Step: Tailored specifically for beginners who are unsure which upgrade plates or dampers to purchase separately.
- Race Legal: Features parts that strictly adhere to basic and box-stock racing regulations (such as the popular Kelas Basic Tune or Bune formats).
- Enhanced Stability: Greatly balances the unique front-heavy weight distribution of the FM-A Chassis
